1. Service Description

CourtAlert is a court availability notification service. We monitor court booking platforms and send you alerts when a court slot matching your preferences becomes available. CourtAlert does not guarantee court availability and is not affiliated with any booking platform or venue.

2. User Responsibilities

By using CourtAlert, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • Use the service only for its intended purpose of receiving court availability notifications.
  • Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the service or the booking platforms it monitors.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of CourtAlert require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

CourtAlert is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed court bookings, notification delays, service outages, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
